Shipping policy

Processing time: Every item is made to order. Orders ship within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Ships from: Dayton, TX, USA.

Shipping rates (US): Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address, package weight, and the shipping method you choose. Shipping is free on orders over $40.00.

Delivery time: Transit time is in addition to processing time. The estimated delivery date for each shipping method is shown at checkout. Carrier estimates aren't guaranteed.

Tracking: You'll get a tracking email when your order ships.

Where we ship: We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Lost or damaged in transit: Email info@csquared3dstudio.com with your order number and a photo within 7 days of delivery and I'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
