Refund policy

15-day returns: You can return most items within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Not returnable: Custom and personalized items (including names, dates, and custom-color "Custom (note)" orders) are made just for you and can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return shipping: The buyer pays return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item: Email a photo and your order number to info@csquared3dstudio.com within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement or full refund.

How to start a return: Email info@csquared3dstudio.com with your order number. Please don't send items back without contacting me first.

Refunds: Once your return arrives and is inspected, your refund goes to the original payment method. Original shipping charges aren't refunded unless the return is due to my error.
