Who makes these? I do. Every item is made to order in PLA on my Bambu Lab printer in Dayton, TX.
How long until it ships? Orders ship within 3–5 business days, since each item is printed to order. Delivery time after that depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout.
Will it fit my controller? Controller holders list the controllers they fit, like PS5 DualSense or Xbox. Pick yours on the product page. Not sure? Email me before ordering.
Are there layer lines? Yes, faint ones. That's normal for 3D printing and part of the handmade look.
Is PLA durable? It's strong for desk use. Keep it out of hot cars and direct summer sun, because PLA can soften around 140°F / 60°C.
Can I get a custom color or name? Personalized items take a name and year. For custom colors or other requests, reach us through our contact form. Custom and personalized orders can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
What's your return policy? Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery on unused items in original condition, except custom and personalized items. See our Refund Policy for details.
Do you ship outside the US? Orders ship within the US by default. International shipping is possible, but it can be expensive. Where available, international rates are shown at checkout; otherwise reach us through our contact form for a quote.
